We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to cancel orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• MAP Compliance: Resellers must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set by brands.
• Resale Restrictions: You may not repackage, alter, or misrepresent products purchased from Blinko.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
