1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively within the United States using our 3PL network. Delivery Times: Most orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays.
2. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier; however, Blinko is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
3. Returns & RMA Process
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing support@blinko.website. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% fee may apply to large wholesale returns.
4. Final Sale Items
Clearance items, opened products, and customized goods are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
